I modified the depends array and test it on a clean chroot. It works for me now. Can you try again?

ERROR Missing dependencies:
ipykernel
setuptools (>=60)

but e.g. python-ipykernel is installed

My bad. I checked the package webpage instead of the PKGBUILD and didn't notice the (make) next to it. Now should work.
