I just build mesa-git and lib32-mesa-git , neither has any files in /usr/share/locale .
I did notice a warning during build about missing locales, but that's all.
Please build mesa-git & lib32-mesa-git while adding --log to the makepkg command and post the logs somewhere public.

There are now some locale files conflicting with mesa-git too: https://gist.github.com/benoit-pierre/4e0a4f63513d81c8a7a0ca3ff57dba9c

That appears to be caused by this commit : https://cgit.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/commit/?id=4334196ab325c6a19d618a392cddcc9f03adeb18
Looks like intel devs feel their tools need to be present if someone builds mesa intel drivers, even if -D tools [] is used to suppress building tools.
Not sure yet how to deal with this, but for now i'm going to remove those files during package.

Seems to conflict with mesa-git error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files) lib32-mesa-git: /usr/bin/intel_dump_gpu exists in filesystem (owned by mesa-git) lib32-mesa-git: /usr/bin/intel_sanitize_gpu exists in filesystem (owned by mesa-git)

Thanks for a quick fix, removing the packages wasn't needed, keep up being an awesome maintainer ^^
Lone_Wolf commented on 2018-05-26 13:43 (UTC)
It's been updated with those changes, C0rn3j .
Incase you're not building in a clean chroot, you may have to remove installed lib32-mesa or lib32-mesa-git with -Rdd .

Can't do a -Syu because this package needs a patch ^^

Mesa commit b52e25d3 breaks intel iris & anv build UNLESS OpenCL support is present.
Incase you don't need those drivers, a temporary workaround is to disable them.
lib32-mesa-minimal-git is also affected.

Users of this package are supposed to (re)build lib32-mesa-git everytime mesa-git changes to avoid such issues.
I'm certain I have stated that in the past, but it may have been lost in the older pages of comments.

This package now uses an environment variable to determine which llvm package it will be built against. Check PKGBUILD for details.
