Thanks you very much for reporting the issue and coming up with possible solutions. The updated package should work now even in a clean chroot.

I forgot to specify I was already building in clean chroot with devtools, this and other fails are happening because some makedepends and depends are missing, need:
cups
andlibxft
as makedepndslib32-libxi
as dependsFrom namcap:

Sorry, but I can not seem to reproduce this on my machine. Please try to recompile in a clean environment, possibly passing the
CFG_CUPS=no
parameter to./configure

Fails to build:
