libkexiv2-frameworks-git /usr/share/libkexiv2/data/topicset.iptc-subjectcode.xml conflict with file provide by libkexiv2 from [extra]/[testing]

Doesn't conflict with libkexiv2. It shouldn't provide it either, since the KDE4 and KF5 versions are not compatible
