Hmm, I still seem to be having problems related to openssl/curl. Upon trying to "log in", the process exits "normally", but this is in my StdErr.log: /usr/lib/lightworks/ntcardvt: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/libcurl.so: undefined symbol: SSL_CTX_set_alpn_protos I have curl Version 7.47.1-1 and openssl Version 1.0.2.f-1. Anyone else having this problem?

Previous Maintainer finally gave up the package. I am now the new Maintainer. I am a daily user of this program for my YouTube channel and plan to keep it updated. Hope you all enjoy this well overdue update. I know I will :)

Anthrit, I think that unnecessary shouting will not help ;) I've made a package, based on `lwks` PKBUILD, but with v12.5 and OpenSSL/CURL workarounds to simplify install on ARCH-based systems until LWKS-devs resolve http://dev.lwks.com/issues/397. It uses CURL 7.38 and OpenSSL 1.0.1-l, so may include some security vulnerabilities, but currently there is no other way to run LWKS on systems with OpenSSL >=1.0.2 installed. Please check `lwks-openssl` package (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/lwks-openssl/).

Audio continued... I've noticed some collision with other apps using audio (like chrome` video player). This is strange. It seems that lwks locks audio exclusively (???). Also I've tried `pulse` device instead of `sysdefault` - it works until other app is playing... Has anyone got any solution?

I can confirm missing audio with beta 12.5. But after a little investigation I've got sound working. To do that check `~/Lightworks/Logs/error.log`, find audio ports listed by PortAudio, remember # for device named `sysdefault`, and create `~/Lightworks/GlobalSettings.txt` file: [PortAudio] OutputDeviceIndex=<sysdefault device #>

Can confirm the workaround mentioned by CharlesAtum works on 12.0.2, using curl 7.41.0-1 (!) and openssl 1.0.1.l-1.
