uhmm....updated to linux-ck-corex 3.1-4 from the repo, can't start Xserver because of nvidia module missing, can't modprobe it also. the module is there anyway, but refuse to load.

Sorry about that, guys. My problem was that I tested the PKGBUILD having the bfs*.patch files already in the dir so I didn't catch the missing assignment of "_preck2" :( Anyway, thanks and updated.

Just insert this line below the initializations and you should be set: _preck2="http://ck.kolivas.org/patches/3.0/3.1/3.1.0-ck1"

Had the same issue with -5. Had to download the patches from kolivas.org before compiling package.. By the way -5 is a lot smoother too..thanks for updating!

-5 Refuses to build, probably because the '${_preck2}' variable isn't assigned in the PKGBUILD. Here's the output that I get when trying to build it: http://pastebin.com/jTayW0WP

Bump to v3.1.0-5 This release is for the AUR only since it contains pre-release patches which are due out soon and I want [repo-ck] to contain "stable" packages. For those wanting to run with these patches, build up -5. See CK's blog edit describing that he is amassing some bug fixes for BFS v0.414 until he arrives at a critical mass and releases either a new version of BFS or a new ck2 patchset rollup. This release contains 5 such patches shown here: http://ck.kolivas.org/patches/3.0/3.1/3.1.0-ck1 Link to ck's edited blog post: http://ck-hack.blogspot.com/2011/11/31-ck1-bfs-0414.html

@misc - Changed my mind. Since these aren't a major version bump to BFS and are just maintenance patches... enjoy release -5.

@misc - I saw them... I'd perfer to wait for CK to finalize ck2 before updating... we've seen some stability issues with pre-release stuff in the past.

Five patches for bfs414 are in that 3.1.0-ck1 folder; according to ck's blog they are precursory to ck2.
