Hi, I run another distro that I'd like to patch the vanilla kernel against BFS and compile and check it out on that distro. Can someone please tell me, looking over graysky's blog, to use BFS what patch would I get? Would all I use is just 3.1-sched-bfs-415.patch? I forgot, then would I run on it? patch -p1 < Thanks

Hi, So if I have this in my PKGBUILD; _BFQ_enable_="y" # enable BFQ as the default I/O scheduler Then the BFQ is automatically enabled at boot time, no need to do anything? Thanks

@DarkSniper - yeah, I caught this mistake on my part this morning. Fixed and reuploaded without bumping the pkgver. I usually use vimdiff /path/to/linux-ck/file /var/abs/testing/linux/file to incorporate changes from upstream, but in this case, the abs server didn't sync up so I did it manually by inspecting the following. Humans make errors :) http://pkgbuild.com/git/aur.git/commit/linux-ck?id=d59eb0a606195c14e26832e5b2a0819b32bbca36

It seems that there's an invalid option in the .config file for the x86 kernel. [The x64 one goes straight to compiling without issues] After checking the .config from the x64 kernel, it would seem that the option HID_ACRUX_FF should be set to 'y' instead of 'm' Though, here's the relevant output in case the issue is more complicated than this: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=cUXagTp7
