@nTia89 - Yes, but was waiting for 5.2.3 to incorporate that and the other 2 patches. See: https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/commit/?h=linux-ck&id=c4e43c48637e

@graysky Don't you follow upstream changes about CONFIG_GCC_PLUGIN_STACKLEAK[1]?

@nivekuil It shouldn't. I checked the config, and "CONFIG_USER_NS_UNPRIVILEGED" is enabled.

Also see: https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/config?h=linux-ck#n166

Does this linux-zen bug also apply here? https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/62990

@freenes - if the unpatched kernel doesn't work there is little likelihood that the MuQSS scheduler will fix it. You need to find out what's breaking it.

@graysky @zerophase Thank you for advises. I tried 5.1.8-arch, and updated bios(my laptop model is ThinkPad T430u, bios is updated to Version: H6ETA0WW 2.18 Release Date: 06/01/2018), neither working.

zerophase commented on 2019-06-15 21:31 (UTC)

@graysky The version from the aur seems to have that feature disabled by default.

@gee - I try to keep linux-ck as close to the official ARCH kernel as I can. I do not know what negative effect changing that parameter might have for other users. Recommend you build from the AUR yourself modifying it as you see fit.
