Open PKGBUILD file with a text editor and you'll see custom="no" option. On the right of that you'll see all available options. Just replace "no" with "m" or "x", or whatever you like.

Is it possible to enter menuconfig before compilation process to edit a custom configuration for my own kernel?

I naver gave it much thought really. It takes about 10 minutes for me to build the package,so I never bothered. But, you can take a look at this https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/ccache

Hello, could you make an example on how to use optimally this PKGBUILD? I would like to minimize downloading and compilation time. So far, I am using the same directory for PKGBUILDs of different version and I have enabled modprobed-db. Although I don't have to re-download the source files of the current minor version (e.g. 3.15), I cannot use the same source directory, since files there are already patched, so I download pkg and src directories. I guess I could save some time by using previously compiled files that haven't changed. Any ideas?

I make it http://liquorix.net/sources/3.15.6-2.patch.gz now. That was quick.

(3.15.6-1.patch.gz 2014-07-21 18:23 163K) 3.15.6-1 is out, but it's 163K big so I assume something went wrong. Also no BFS,BFQ(which were present in 3.15.5-1)...
