3.3.2-1 patch is out,but config folder is empty so I can't update the lqx package yet. You can't compile 3.3.1-1 for the same reason. Let's hope damentz will fix it soon. http://liquorix.net/sources/3.3/ Index of /sources/3.3 Name Last modified Size Description Parent

yes it feels really slick, i only modified the config according to this http://ck.kolivas.org/patches/bfs/bfs-configuration-faq.txt

I think it won't be any different than the stock arch kernel in that aspect. Try it and see if you like it.

is this kernel suitable for a laptop aswell?? i mean about power management...are there any drawbacks?

shivik commented on 2012-03-15 05:49 (UTC)

No.You don't need to change anything to build for x86_64. If you're running x86_64 it will build for x86_64 and produce a 64-bit binary Don't worry about it. KARCH=x86 means "pc paltform" in this case(does not define 32 or 64 bit). It just tells the script to use the correct kernel sources.

So to build this for x86_64 all I need to do is change KARCH to "x86_64" in the PKGBUILD?

Like graysky's. But it looks like AUR is already in a Git repos, so I guess I can just clone this from there. :)
