Changing the link to "https://github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin/archive/refs/tags/v${pkgver}.tar.gz"

adding the current sha256sum of 2d67cba11adc5890b9698ccddeb68dd3c2ff6af19bf3ed0f1c719348b914042f

and then uncommenting the line for the icon in the PKGBUILD worked for me for the meantime. I don't know when or if they'll fix the tarball on their main page.

I found out weirdly... The 0.18.1 tarball found at their site is missing the application icons but the similarly numbered release found here https://github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin/releases/tag/v0.18.1 has all of the icons in it. I have raised this issue to the litecoin github.

Stopped working after protobuf update: litecoin-qt: error while loading shared libraries: libprotobuf.so.22: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

UPD: rebuilding the package helped
