Did you fix systemd service PIDfile? It should be

This update is for the brave. I've dropped adjusting my fork on Github, now downloading the whole upstream snapshot and cleaning it afterwards.
LMS keeps delivering its own CPAN with custom "fixes" in some of the sources, so I've dropped most system-provided perl dependencies for now.
Works for me, good luck everyone! Please report problems and don't forget to recompile after upgrading perl.
blackhole, you have to rebuild after updating perl, I suspect you're on 5.32 now?
Hello Stef,
Is there a specific reason why this package's install directory and service name contain "git"?
I would use the following instead: ``` _pkgname=logitechmediaserver pkgname=${_pkgname}-git [...] conflicts=(logitechmediaserver)
Thanks for your work.
Thanks Renophaston for the hint, it's (imho) a bug in upstream. I've created a pull request and create a new release once it's merged.
I had to install perl-audio-scan from the AUR and remove /opt/logitechmediaserver-git/lib/Audio/Scan.pm to get scanning to turn up anything, but otherwise it seems to work fine here on x86_64.
Hi, I've just pushed a new release which includes the latest changes on upstream. It contains newer sox binaries and Audio-Scan-1.0.2, maybe this already solves your problem. There's also a newly addes custom.conf in the main dir.
Not sure if it works though because I can't compile it on my arm "production system". Perl on arm has some problems with MakeMaker currently.
If you want the sox application in the pacman database you should delete or copy somewhere else internal sox in /opt/logitechmediaserver-git/Bin/x86_64-linux/ and /opt/logitechmediaserver-git/Bin/i386-linux/ and enable C-3PO plugin
Hi Stef,
Thanks for the hard work.
I am usimng AudioLinux and loaded LMS from logitechmediaserver-git.
The system is failing to transcode. I loaded sox and then looked for the custom-convert.conf. There is a stub in a test directory. The full standard file is in the logitechmediaserver-git directory, but named as custom.conf.
There is no slimserver directory in /etc.
Do I need to cp custom.conf as custom-convert.conf? Where should I place it?
Thx
