I was using --ozone-platform-hint=auto and having the startup issue in 124 as well, changing this to --ozone-platform=wayland fixed it for me

Getting error when installing using octopi: Cannot find the fakeroot binary.

I appreciate anyone's help with it.

@JerrySM64 I'm new to Arch and all of the existing configurations build the package successfully without alteration. It's using a packaged .DEB from Microsoft. So, you can just clone the repo and run the update .SH script. I'm currently running the latest. And with that, thank you to the maintainer for providing the tools and scripts necessary; very much appreciated!

@JerrySM64 updating pkgbuild is not one's paid jobs, have some patience (or update it yourself)

This package is out of date since December 14th. Please update it.

You can use the "update_version.sh" to update your .deb and generate a new package for install. (I mean you dont need to update the pkgbuild itself to get the most up to date Edge version, even though I still do git pull from time to time).
