- mingw-w64-configure already pulls mingw-w64-gcc, mingw-w64-pkg-config - no neet to unset LDFLAGS, but its unset in mingw-w64-configure too anyway

Hi, There are useless libtool (.la) files in arch/lib, please add !libtool option x.
