@rtfreedman. 1.About the language: Because this program was developed for chinese users and most of the video source are came from chinese website, so 'online videos' would shows chinese descriptions. If you want english language support, I think you should contact the developer: https://github.com/coslyk/moonplayer. I am only a packager. 2.About the version: I have apended git commit id to pkgver.Thanks for your suggestions.

Apart from Resources, Web video, Downloader, and Keyword everything else is chinese.

1 - en_US, Opening 'online videos' shows chinese descriptions 2 - moonplayer uses a crude versioning with the version in a Readme Does every commit increases the version? What if I checkout between several commits? What version do I get then?

@rtfreedman, 1.which locale are you using? the default interface language is English if you don't use zh_CN locales. 2.In Arch offcial repo, there are many package build from git, but named without -git. And this packages does not provide release tarball.

Please provide at least an English translation as it is advertised in the description. And as it is build from git - it should be named accordingly
