This package replaces the previous 'mythtv' AUR package. It has been renamed to comply with Arch's VCS package guidelines.

I hope to update the various mythplugins AUR packages soon

@ hedgepigdaniel.

Thanks! Removing amf-headers (for me the non-git version) helped get past that error. Now I'm getting another failure:

make[2]: *** [Makefile:1490: moc/moc_myththemedmenu.cpp] Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I installed v32 using this package and it has not updated when changes have comes out to the git repo. My Arch version is at v32.0-8 and I have a non-arch PC that is at v32.0-12. Isn't this packages supposed to track whatever is the current v32 update? My Arch is really installed via EndeavorOS if that matters.

A little more info on the mythtranscode issue. It seems that although Menu->Jobs->Transcode doesn't do anything from the recordings screen, transdode does actually start if you run it whilst s recording is playing. However, it then bombs out with an error 140. And, Trying from the command line just segfaults. [Edit] Seems to be a known issue... https://forum.mythtv.org/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=4794&p=23541&hilit=mythtranscode#p23541 [/Edit]

@glenb77 Thanks. I'll look into doing that. Good to know I'm not alone :-)

@mark.clegg you are right when i tried under transcode it did nothing. but i had a user job set up to run comskip as a job, set under user jobs (1-4), and when hit begin user job, that did work. so i guess maybe as a workaround set mythtranscode as a user job in mythtv-setup or mythweb and then it looks like it will work

@mark.clegg, what i found was that the themes updater in settings is still getting the old themes. what i did was download a zip of mythbuntu theme from the themes git, version 32 not version 31. unzipped and copied over the theme that was being used by my frontend. on the android client i was not able to do that. but on my laptops and other machines that solved all the issues i had.

@glenb77 I had wondered if it was theme related, but I get the same results under different themes, Monochrome, MythBuntu and MythCentre-Wide to name a few. I've also cleared out the themes folder in ~mythtv/.mythtv forcing a re-download. (Monochrome is my preferred, installed from GIT).

Running the frontend from a terminal produces output as the frontend starts, but absolutely nothing when I hit the transcode option.

@mark.clegg, these sound like theme issues. what theme are you using ?i use mythbuntu and i had to separately download mythbuntu theme v.32 and those kinds of problems went away. the one i had was that in schedule rule editor it would not open the schedules item. i don't use the transcode job ever so i would not have seen that. but try running mythfrontend from a terminal and take a look at the output in the terminal when you try the function not working.

Hi... I'm seeing a couple of issues since the upgrade from 31 to fixes/32...

I'm unable to transcode recordings any more. Selecting menu -> Job Options -> Transcode, doesn't present the next menu to start transcoding, and the job queue remains empty.

On my front panel display, the clock is missing a space in the time when blinking the ':', so it's alternating between (e.g.) 17:52 and 1752 (instead of 17:52 and 17 52)

Anybody else seeing similar?
