The checksum on the tff file appears to be broken.

Updated to the 2018-05-06 release. I won't be pulling from git master since that would break the checksum when it updates.

You should use https://github.com/C1710/blobmoji/raw/master/fonts/NotoColorEmoji.ttf as the source URL, your current URL refers to an older version of the font.
