As Vaporeon mentioned earlier, and as ConorIA demonstrated in his PKGBUILD example, could you please change the pkgver and pkgrel to fit the PKGBUILD specifications?
For version 4.8.6-386, it would look like this:
pkgver=4.8.6.386
pkgrel=1
Since hyphens are not allowed in the pkgver string, it would probably be best to replace it with a decimal, since "4.8.6.386" is displayed on the application's "About" section.

The problem with opening or creating documents is caused by wrong symlink to libcurl in /opt/onlyoffice/desktopeditors/converter/. So, just run command:
sudo ln -s -f /usr/lib/libcurl-compat.so.4.5.0 /opt/onlyoffice/desktopeditors/converter/libcurl.so.4
which will overwrite it with correct one and then opening and creating documents will work again.

This package ships the OnlyOffice Desktop Editor, not the OnlyOffice Document Server.
Please, make sure that you are referring to the correct software when flagging this package out of date :)
