@rcrath hi! that's a nice detective work and a very good overview of the current situation :p There's indeed a bit of turmoil til the end of the year. I can reproduce the build failure, I'll try to investigate it this week. Sounds like the correct c++ standard version is not set in the PKGBUILD... The next version will have complete audio sequencer features but there's still many months of work to get something usable as a daily driver (and I have to finish my thesis before).

seems there are two versions, a stable version 2 called score instead of i-score, and a new version 3 that is in alpha, unstable, and not yet feature complete which looks like it will be way more interesting as it develops but is not yet ready for prime time. I'll probably just try to compile that from source if I get around to it.

looks like the project is getting a reorg, name change, and such. see https://ossia.io/ I won't try to install until it sorts out a little better upstream. Thanks though!

Hi again, had to do a clean system reinstall. when I install through aur, I get following error during build: ``` CMake Error at /tmp/yaourt-tmp-rich/aur-i-score/src/i-score/API/CMake/cmake-modules/cotire.cmake:1848 (message): cotire: error 1 precompiling /tmp/yaourt-tmp-rich/aur-i-score/src/i-score-build/API/OSSIA/cotire/ossia_CXX_prefix.hxx. sorry, I forgot to update. the latest package should directly work now.

launches from command line but not .desktop file. removing .sh from the exec line in the .desktop file cures it. Thanks for updating!

@rcrath okay, actually the i-score.sh was a relic that was not needed anymore. I updated the git repo with a new desktop file that just calls i-score directly; however I want to do some other fixes before releasing a new version. Thanks for your tests !

Thank you for this package. I can launch from the command line fine ('i-score'), but launching from /usr/share/applications/i-score.desktop, which executed /usr/bin/i-score.sh fails to launch. Tried i-score.sh from a terminal with no path (not found) and with the full path to the sh file, which resulted in: > /usr/bin/i-score.sh: line 6: bin/i-score: No such file or directory
