"It was not possible to find any compatible framework version The framework 'Microsoft.NETCore.App', version '5.0.0' (x64) was not found. - The following frameworks were found: 6.0.0 at [/usr/share/dotnet/shared/Microsoft.NETCore.App]
You can resolve the problem by installing the specified framework and/or SDK.
The specified framework can be found at: - https://aka.ms/dotnet-core-applaunch?framework=Microsoft.NETCore.App&framework_version=5.0.0&arch=x64&rid=endeavouros-x64" This should be a included dependency in the first place.

They released a hotfix.
https://github.com/ppy/osu/releases/tag/2021.1006.0
Here's what you need to do until the maintainer updates
Line 4:
REMOVE pkgver=2021.1005.0
ADD pkgver=2021.1006.0
Line 27:
REMOVE sha256sums=("467c2f2b49e18a73bf302b13215ae10dcfca8592ff10e402e22ff20402b03e00"
ADD sha256sums=("3eabb6e73116d61072ff6d8ec740ebef3324a56eed1adde12ed750f1163e44a3"
Apologies for the messy format, I'm new and don't know anything about using tools like diff or anything about making a patch.

@ItsJustSomeDude This is not an issue tracker. I am aware of this problem. This is problem upstream. Please, give a thumb up on the issue and wait for fix to be merged. Speaking from my own experience, ppy and his team fixes stuff really quickly. I would not be surprised if the issue will be fixed and new version released soon.

There is currently an issue starting the AppImage release that this package uses. There is an issue filed on the osu! GitHub (https://github.com/ppy/osu/issues/14085) which is waiting for an upstream fix from libsdl (https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/4561).

The upstream source URL got changed in this release to https://github.com/ppy/osu/releases/download/2021.707.0-lazer/osu.AppImage.

Why are osu! and osu!lazer in conflict? That makes no sense, those are 2 completely different apps with shared purpose...
Makes no sense that i get this
osu and osu-lazer-bin are in conflict. Remove osu-lazer-bin? [y/N]
Could you please stop providing and conflicting with
osu
with this package and keep on usingosu-lazer
until lazer becomes stable(main) version?picuber commented on 2021-02-02 21:08 (UTC)
This needs the
fuse2
package installed for the AppImage to run and it should probably be added as a dependency.« First ‹ Previous 1 2 3 4 5 6 Next › Last »
