Alright thanks, I see that it is kind of tedious to create PKGBUILDs for all of these libraries. Picoscope should be able to download the required libraries by itself. Like this it is just unnecessary work.

@jclsn There is indeed a stable release, but this is not that. Renaming this wouldn't make sense to me as the betas continue to be released. But I'll see that I create an additional package from the stable release when I het the chance.

Since this is not a beta anymore, maybe reupload it and remove that from the name?

Thanks for the fast update! You're absolutely correct - the depends array can contain packages from either AUR or official repositories.

@yan12125 Hi. I'm not super sure how to properly do that. I'm not really 'in' on the whole AUR thing, but I got the impression that 'depends' is for other dependencies from the AUR. You probably wouldn't want which from the AUR and I'm tempted to say you should probably either already have it or get it from an official repo.

That does beg the question though on how to specify dependencies from an official repo. If you have any documentation on that, I'd be happy to read up on it...

Can't be as easy as just writing 'which' into the depends list, can it?

The wrapper script /opt/picoscope/bin/picoscope needs the which command. Could you add which to depends?
