Ahoj TJFO,
Actually, initially I had the same: When I print to the Roger Router printer, Roger Router comes up with a number dialing dialogue. After doing that, it dials the number, and when the sender picks up Roger Router crashes.
This is an upstream issue and should be reported there.
However, I could workaround this somehow; in "Settings" (gear-symbol) → "Phone" → "Settings" (gear-symbol in the phone dialogue), I did select "CAPI Softphone", and then it did work for me.

I have installed this latest version (FritzBox 7590 AX, OS 8.2), generated the printer in CUPS, set contoller to “Internet 2”, activated Capi (also deactivated), created an own user with rights. Every attempt to send a fax causes RR to crash about 5 seconds after the connection.
Any idea?
