Bumped up the package version to force an upgrade to the latest code in the upstream git repo, which is now compatible with Linux 4.19.

It works for Lenovo e470 (RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Wireless Network Adapter). Finally I can remove USB WiFi adapter and use built-in. Thank you for your work!
