you can now opt in to install some other 3rd party plugins

This package installs .svn directories. Adding the following line will fix the problem: rm -rf ${pkgdir}/${_web}/rutorrent/${_svnmod}/.svn

This package is incompatible with rtorrent-svn, since both provides httprpc plugin. Since you're providing httprpc to better connect rtorrent with rutorrent, it would be better to remove httprpc from here.
