I reinstalled all dependencies. Memetic rebuilt from aur the rest just installed normally. Same results. btw looking at a folder with html messages I see similar behavior. On another tack, I had to disable -DWITH_QTKEYCHAIN_PLUGIN=ON \ -DWITH_GPGMEPP=ON \ -DWITH_CRYPTO_MESSAGES=ON \ to get the build to work (gnupg is working here with keys loaded and listing correctly). This is a new behavior. Rebuilt package still has the text width issues.

I confirm the issue, but since both trojita and trojita-git show the same behaviour, are you sure the problem doesn't lie in a dependency?

Latest release of trojita and trojita-git are broken here. It flows the text of the message (non html) into columns 0 to a couple of dozen characters wide. The width is consistent for any given message. Its hard to read messages flowed into 8 character wide columns and impossible for 0 wide... The view source context menu entry displays correctly (workaround). I run with core, extra, multilib & community enabled (eg no testing) and keep up to date.

Should be fixed now

gpgmepp and mimetic have been removed, you should update the dependencies accordingly.

Fixed with the latest system upgrade.

I get a segfault after upgrading to qt 5.7, recompiling didn't help.

Found the culprit and fix released: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=361239

Am I the only one who got a non-working Trojita with the latest update? It keeps loading my emails forever, without success. Also qtkeychain-qt5 is provided by qtkeychain now, so you should update the deps I think.
