I think you can change the upstream to https://winamp.com/player, and it's github's url is https://github.com/WinampDesktop/winamp . The newest exe was https://download.winamp.com/winamp/winamp_latest_full.exe

I also ran into this. I use quad9 for my DNS lookups and it looks like it's blocked by them based on the Global Cyber Alliance classifying it as malicious for some reason.

Looks like the IPFS gateway url dropped out of DNS somewhere:

Thank you, I have updated the download URL with an IPFS gateway URL to keep it from breaking.

The winamp file is missing from that site or the site itself is down.
