As of now (2024-22-05) Xen with stubdom doesn't build because of a problem in the imported code. Been this way for about two weeks. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Also, there is a lot of work happening on Xen in my development repo, thanks to @Serus. Check it out at: https://github.com/refutationalist/saur

ArthutBorsboom: I'm still trying to reproduce the errors so I can help resolve them, however I'm currently not able to. How exactly are you trying to make the package? any special changes or packages that you are using? what type of hardware are you trying to build it on? cross compiling?

tritron: It depends on a number of factors; are you using standard or custom-built kernels? what is the contents of your /boot directory?

How do you get grub to create configuration file it seems 09_xen is being ignored there is no xen included

It happens during the build. See: http://pastebin.com/r8VPcdqY

ArthurBorsboom: I just tried downloading and installing xen using yaourt but didn't get any errors; is this happening during the build, install, or at some other point of the process?

ArthurBorsboom commented on 2014-09-08 14:49 (UTC)

Yaourt fails to upgrade Xen with the following error: mv: cannot stat ‘etc/default/xencommons’: No such file or directory Looks like somewhere is a slash missing.

Sorry, after redownloading and makepkging the tarball with line 95 uncommented, it seems to be working fine. So disregard that, sorry again.
