zoom support team has announced in the community forum that tomorrow june 30th they will release 6.1.1, that is suppose to fix this bug.
Plasma 6.1/Wayland, the symlink workaround only enables sharing all screens at once (spanning both monitors). Instead of the XDG portals selection window I only get a "Remote Control Requested" KDE popup.
Here's a slightly later version that still works https://zoom.us/client/6.0.12.5501/zoom_amd64.deb
I'm on Arch/GNOME/Wayland and can confirm that all sharing options work, including fullscreen as well as individual windows.
The workaround from Smoerrebroed leads to only being able to share all screens, no window capture. On Manjaro/Plasma 6/Wayland
Use https://zoom.us/client/6.0.10.5325/zoom_amd64.deb for downgrading with 5325 for the subversion in pkgbuild. Screensharing works for me on this version.
What URL are you guys using to download Zoom? It is pretty disastrous for this to keep happening to this app.
Thanks @Smoerrebroed, your workaround works fine for me on Plasma/Wayland.
After creating a symlink /usr/libexec --> /usr/lib sharing works again for me. I do see the ListModel2<T, Key>::getItemIndex(): key not exists!
error, but that doesn't seem to affect sharing.
Good enough for now, but Zoom should fix this upstream.

@Rhinoceros - I finally got screen sharing to work under KDE with Wayland. Looks like I'm using the same versions as you:
I followed the Screen share section on the Zoom wiki page:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Zoom_Meetings
The only thing I didn't need to do was set XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=gnome. I followed the other steps, and now I can choose my desktop/window to share. Prior to following the wiki I couldn't stop screen sharing without the hanging issue, which I was experiencing prior to 6.2.10.
