The problem right now is the download for 19.0.3 actually forwards to a download for 19.1

There seems to be a validity check issue with the current package:
==> Making package: davinci-resolve 19.0.3-1 (2024-11-19T10:09:18 CAT)
==> Checking runtime dependencies...
==> Checking buildtime dependencies...
==> Retrieving sources...
-> Found DaVinci_Resolve_19.0.3_Linux.zip
==> Validating source files with sha256sums...
DaVinci_Resolve_19.0.3_Linux.zip ... FAILED
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!
-> error making: davinci-resolve-exit status 1
-> Failed to install the following packages. Manual intervention is required:
davinci-resolve - exit status 1
Any plans to update the packages? No pressure just curios.
Seems that the latest stable download binary is incorrectly named.
Quickfix:
yay -G davinci-resolve && cd davinci-resolve
Edit PKGBUILD with following diff:
-minor_version=0
-release_version=3
-pkgver=${major_version}.${minor_version}.${release_version}
+minor_version=1
+release_version=
+pkgver=${major_version}.${minor_version}
makepkg -si --skipchecksums --skippgpcheck
@satriani, thanks for maintaining this package. Installed without any problems on my laptop (nVidia with Optimus).
Similar to @caydonin. Unable to install using both yay
and pamac build
. Pamac output below.

Having issues installing the package with yay. Also tried with trizen, but to no avail. After manual installation of displayed dependencies and clearing yay/trizen cache, validity check still fails.
