@derdigge I've just checked, and the package is building perfectly fine. There was an issue with libplacebo, and I just pushed the fix. No issues with cuda-llvm component.

@derdigge What are your last 10 strings from src/ffmpeg/ffbuild/config.log ? As I see, it makes a test with nvcc, not llvm/clang.

Computer says no:

-> Running ffmpeg configure script... ERROR: cuda_llvm requested but not found

If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest version from Git. If the latest version fails, report the problem to the ffmpeg-user@ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.libera.chat. Include the log file "ffbuild/config.log" produced by configure as this will help solve the problem. ==> FEHLER: Ein Fehler geschah in build(). Breche ab... -> Fehler beim Erstellen: ffmpeg-git-exit status 4 -> Die folgenden Pakete konnten nicht installiert werden. Ein manueller Eingriff ist erforderlich: ffmpeg-git - exit status 4

cuda is there, worked with older version allready

@Anquihald First of all, texinfo is a not a dependency, and the package builds without it. That being said, I have just checked, and the package is building perfectly fine with and without texinfo 7.2 installed. I cannot reproduce this.

UPDATE: texinfo is part of base-devel, so it's always required and is pulled automatically in chroot builds. Anayway, the package is building fine, and I cannot reproduce this.

Hello2all!

Documentation part of this package fetches error:

Can't locate object method "gdt" via package "Texinfo::Convert::HTML" at ./doc/t2h.pm line 255.

due to incompatibility with texinfo-7.2. Downgrading texinfo to 7.1.1 resolves the build problem.

It's fixed now. Thanks!

@luiscastro193 Not sure if it will interfere with you. Can you please give another shot?

Current master doesn't compile if you have Vulkan enabled. Not sure if the cause is a temporal ffmpeg's issue though.

error: implicit declaration of function ‘ff_vk_spirv_init’; did you mean ‘ff_vk_shader_init’?
error: assignment to ‘FFVkSPIRVCompiler *’ from ‘int’ makes pointer from integer without a cast
