@sum88 @robo731 and @rochenExklusive Try to delete or rename config directory ./.config/MongoDB Compass and launch again.
Take note that you may lost your personal config.

Same issue, can't get past the loading screen. I tried this package, the mongodb-compass-community, mongodb-compass-beta, mongodb-compass-community-beta. None of them are working.

I was able to reproduce the bug you're seeing when using the global Arch electron instead of the builtin one (WIP branch: https://gitlab.com/dpeukert/mongodb-compass-pkgbuild/tree/electron).
There are several issues regarding this bug filed on their Jira, but from what I can tell it doesn't look like any progress is being made as of yet (oh the wonders of proprietary software):

@robo731 I wasn't able to reproduce this on my machine, but I've updated some of the outdated dependencies, so you can try if that helps. You can also try running DEBUG=* mongodb-compass-community and seeing if anything helpful pops up.
