@Bohdanator you need to install both packages at the same time with 'pacman -U'.

Had to edit the _extramodules variable in the PKGBUILD for the 3.4 kernel to get it to compile.

That's intended. It ensures that you have the same version of nvidia-utils-beta and nvidia-utils installed. To update you can simply run pacman -R nvidia-beta nvidia-utils-beta, then you can install new version. Alternatively, you can force the package manager to skip dependency checks. Anyway, removing the versioned dependency from PKGBUILD is not a good idea.

I needed change depends to 'nvidia-utils-beta' to work with yaourt, if not it redirects to pacman and does not find dependency

@zendeavor, it's the "$CARCH" variable. See #25210 and #15043: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/25210, https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/15043

So, the magical version number 300 has been finally passed and, among other cool features and fixes, this release brings support for XRandr 1.2/1.3 extension! \o/
