I guess they recently broke Linux support with this: https://github.com/ppy/osu-framework/pull/1218/files Cosidering peppy's comments, this is hilarious.

https://mega.nz/#F!p7BwTZzT!O8bN90wniX9-umA5wRdYdQ this works for me, might not work for anyone else who knows

@donaldtrump: just upload a diff/fixed PKGBUILD somewhere. No need to make it complicated.

donaldtrump commented on 2017-11-19 13:36 (UTC)

I've gotten it to build, it needs a mono version that comes with netstandard.dll and xbuild needs to be able to find netstandard.dll. I've tested it with mono-nightly from the AUR but it should work with mono from testing. If anyone is interested in the PKGBUILD you can email me.

Same problem here, and even though I've tried to track it down, it seems like "Microsoft.CSharp.Core.targets" doesn't exist. (Checked in multiple places) Neither does the Roslyn directory under the msbuild libs' build dir. I already tried copying it from msbuild's source, no luck so far.

Same problem Project ".../osu-lazer-git/src/osu/osu.sln" on node 1 (default targets). ValidateSolutionConfiguration: Building solution configuration "Release|Any CPU". ValidateProjects: The project "osu.Desktop.Deploy" is not selected for building in solution configuration "Release|Any CPU". Project ".../osu-lazer-git/src/osu/osu.sln" (1) is building ".../osu-lazer-git/src/osu/osu.Game/osu.Game.csproj" (2) on node 1 (default targets). /usr/lib/mono/msbuild/15.0/bin/Microsoft.CSharp.CurrentVersion.targets(331,5): error MSB4019: The imported project "/usr/lib/mono/msbuild/15.0/bin/Roslyn/Microsoft.CSharp.Core.targets" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk. [.../osu-lazer-git/src/osu/osu.Game/osu.Game.csproj]

When that will be update for nuget4 ?

emmieaur commented on 2017-10-29 23:41 (UTC)

The new PKGBUILD now has nuget4 dependency, but I haven't pushed it since I can't get the compilation to work yet.
