pkgconf is installed with base-devel, which is a prerequisite to using the AUR.

Hi,

@xiota - I'd add dependency on pkg-config, as it's required by CMake during pcsx2 build.

Thanks!

@Derson5 The only thing I see in the package that might be related is the package uses a git source, but that is acceptable practice. So I would consider it a problem with the AUR helper. Try adding --needed to the command or ask paru devs if there is a setting to adjust how it treats non-git packages with git sources.

@xiota I use paru -Sua and it's the only package that do this from 28 AUR packages.

@Derson5 That looks like an AUR helper problem to me. What helper are you using, and what command are you using to invoke it?

Something is wrong with PKGBUILD. Every time there is Pre-release in Github Release section, package trying to upgrade, only to just reinstall itself.

Got distracted with updating other packages... Will bump this up my list...

Update: Updated to 2.2.0. Not using packaging mode yet to avoid polluting system with patched shaderc library.
