I had a meta data issue upstream. Therefore, a rebase was necessary. Code should not be affected.

The old hash shas are still available in the "next" branch. However, I have moved the version tags. Please note that I intend to delete the "next" branch in about a week.

@sirocco: Fixed now, but why did it change? Has anyone still the old archive on disk and can make a diff?

Done, thanks for the hint @micwoj92!

python-setuptools should be added to makedepends, without it getting error:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 23, in <module>
    from setuptools import setup, find_packages
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'setuptools'

It would be nice to change the description and upstream URL.

I will update to the next beta release (1.99.2) when it is available. Because these fixes are required for proper installation: https://gitlab.com/pyspread/pyspread/-/issues/40

Maybe it makes sense to upgrade to the new version (beta release v1.99.1)?

@olvar: You need to install pyGTK, too. Maybe pyGTK should also be listed in the dependencies..

I can install the package but I get an error when trying to use it: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/bin/pyspread", line 46, in <module> from sysvars import get_program_path File "/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pyspread/src/sysvars.py", line 33, in <module> import pangocairo ImportError: No module named pangocairo</module></module>
