Does not install in case /usr/lib64 exists or some files it tries to install already exist.

@Popolon You are right. But now I don’t have much motivation to change this name. On the one hand, because of a dependency of python-taichi python-sourceinspect's the source code with licences cannot be obtained. So if you figured out how to compile this from source and make a real python-taichi, I would love to delete this package and merge to python-taichi-bin. Thanks

This should be called python-taichi-bin as it is based on a precompiled binary file (from whl). python-taichi package should compile from source.

Latest 0.7.28 is a broken wheel. Please stay in 0.7.26.
