Support for this software (Remote Desktop Manager) should happen on their forum: https://forum.devolutions.net/product/rdm-linux

Issues with the packaging should be reported here.

Apparently that's a known issue on KDE. The workaround is to

From https://forum.devolutions.net/topics/34476/remote-desktop-manager-does-not-worl "When stuck at the registration screen, click the cancel button, that should get the splash screen to go away. From there, you can simply go to the Help tab and register from there."

Hi. I've installed it on latest Manjaro KDE but it freezes on first start. I can see the splash screen logo and the registration window but I am unable to enter anything and continue. Any ideas? cheers, Michael

I think this is now fixed so ca-anchors gets extracted if they aren't already on install/upgrade

Devolution support helped me to fix problem

mkdir -p /usr/share/.mono/new-certs/Trust
sudo trust extract --filter=ca-anchors --format=pem-directory-hash /usr/share/.mono/new-certs/Trust/

What do you do to make this app free? Application still ask registration but button with register by devolution account is not working. So I can't register free account, but as I know it's required to stop trial period check.

Hi,

Not sure what that issue is, I'm pretty sure that happens on mine as well and it starts fine after a few seconds. No other error messages showing up? You could try posting on their Linux forum, the software is in preview right now but it should still work. https://forum.devolutions.net/product/rdm-linux
