Please add ros-melodic-rostest as a dependency. The build will fail if this package is not installed first.

Getting this when installing:
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:14 (find_package): By not providing "Findrostest.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project has asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by "rostest", but CMake did not find one.
Could not find a package configuration file provided by "rostest" with any of the following names:
Add the installation prefix of "rostest" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set "rostest_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If "rostest" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been installed.
