Nevermind my previous issue, after matmoul's reply and seeing no one else had complained i realized it is an issue on my end, and it seems that the file /usr/lib32/libicui18n.so.73 was corrupted on my disk, re-installing lib32-icu fixed the problem. Sorry for bothering you!

@matmoul No i am using the regular x64 version. I do have multilib packages installed though.

/usr/lib32? Are you using a 32bit version of Arch?

0.15.0-1 update does not build for me, it fails with this error:

/usr/bin/ld: error: /usr/lib32/libicui18n.so.73: file too short
