Yes, right. This is because of new lines inserted, before each ${pkgdir}. That have to be corrected.

Please keep in mind this does not automatically pull down the installation package from Vandykes website. Due to the need of an account, and licensing, you must download the file manually from their website. The correct version would be: scrt-9.0.1.2451.ubuntu20-64.tar.gz. Place this file in the directory of the package build to install.

Hello,

Version 9.0.1 is out, but it is not as easy to install as versions 8. I was able to make it run, making the changes "by hand". I will see, when I can make a PKGBUILD so that may help you gain some time. At least, the new build depends on icu66 (which can be installed from AUR) and not on icu63 anymore.

i read fcitx wiki : https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/fcitx in the "XIM" Section, qt5 did not support xim as qt4 did, and SecureCRT just happend to be a qt5 program, and so you have to qtconfig-qt4 , switch to tab "interface", set "DEFAULT INPUT METHOD" to fcitx if you want to use fcitx on a qt5 program. now that is the problem , my qtconfig-qt4 only show me one selection , which is "xim", i can not switch to "fcitx". do you know how to fix this problem?

i think libtiff is the reason that why it can use fcitx.
