Do not flag this package out-of-date.

It updates automatically on each install.

@Det This version of Chromium cannot find either chromium-pepper-flash (stable or dev) on AUR, nor does the ln -s trick work. Both packages already install libs at /usr/lib/PepperFlash but nothing ever shows in chrome://plugins.

Det commented on 2014-05-05 15:44 (UTC)

NPAPI plugins (such as Java) are no longer supported in the Aura versions: http://blog.chromium.org/2013/09/saying-goodbye-to-our-old-friend-npapi.html The Pepper Flash works with Chromium - it just needs to find it (Chrome's bundled closed-source Flash they've developed after partnering with Adobe). You could try chromium-pepper-flash-dev: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/chromium-pepper-flash-dev/ Alternatively, you might just symlink the "PepperFlash/" folder from Chrome's main directory to "/usr/lib/". E.g for Dev Channel: $ sudo ln -s /opt/google/chrome-unstable/PepperFlash/ /usr/lib/

How can I enable java and pepper flash plugins? I lost them with this chromium package. Thanks!

@pablofiumara please use the chromium-pepper-flash package. :)

@kaendfinger: Thanks for this package! How can I make Flash work? I copied libflashplayer.so to /usr/lib/chromium but that did not work. Thanks in advance for your answer.

This needs to be renamed to `chromium-continuous` or `chromium-continuous-bin` and the `pkgdesc` should be updated to specify exactly what it is. The current naming is very unclear.

Please use a proper pkgver.

Please add conflicts=(' libudev.so.0'). libudev.so.0 is currently needed by dart-editor.

@SlimFox3, because even though the pkgname doesn't say it, this is a -bin package. It's using pre-built binaries that need to be compatible with all of the out of date systems out there.

I have added libgcrypt15 as a dependency. Any issues, let me know. This package will always be maintained :P
