If you have issues with this package visit gitlab and read the readme first.

@zoidberg, mareex: did you tried to coredumpctl gdb to get a backtrace? If there are no usefull infos try building with debug on (mozconfig). Or try a clean chroot first. I run the latest version without issues. Except pgo didn't work.

zoidberg commented on 2016-12-14 13:35 (UTC)

@mareex Me too. Couldn't find anything in the logs, other than the fact that it crashed.

Anyone else experiencing segaults constantly?

@Thaodan Thank you for the info! Now my repo provides "kmozillahelper-kde4" and "kmozillahelper-kf5" and both of them have "kmozillahelper" in "provides", while "firefox-kde-opensuse" depends on "kmozillahelper".

@saradgajurel I got that error a few times. Try cleaning the makepkg cache and, if needed, ccacche's.

First: I'm fixing an issue when I have time, as soon as I can. I can only fix issues with full logs and description whats the issue. So please post your log somewhere and post the link to it here.

i am facing this issue please fix soon. i also tried deleting packages and tried 3-4 times but same issue. make: *** [client.mk:168: build] Error 2 ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build(). Aborting... The build failed.

thanks but the kf5 version is useless. this package has no compile time depency on kmozillahelper thus it requires only one of them. either the kf5 or the kde sc 4.x version. So only one build needed.

Hello, You can download this (i686 is currently unavailable due some chroot problems) from my personal repository. There are two packages, 'firefox-kde-opensuse' and 'firefox-kf5-opensuse', compiled with 'kmozillahelper' or 'kmozillahelper-kf5', respectively.
