Unfortunately, I can confirm RFE 4 is not supported on Linux 5.12, so this driver is still needed on my laptop.
Does anyone happen to know if there are any plans for RFE 4 in the kernel?
P.S: Muito, muito obrigado pela driver @tomaspinho

I can confirm that this driver is not needed on Linux 5.12 in testing. My adapter is RFE 2.

Can anyone confirm that it is implemented in 5.12?
Sorry to keep asking, but goddamn have I been waiting a long time for this driver haha

@CodingEagle02 & @alium -- the merge window for 5.11 closed on 27/12/20, but the official Realtek patches for RFE 2 were sent and accepted earlier this month (and are now in linux-next) so this should mean RFE 2 support in 5.12.

Does anyone know if there is any ETA for RFE 2 native support?

I'm still using this package because for some reason I'm getting disconnected frequently if I use the rtw88_8821ce driver in kernel 5.9.6 arch1-1. Thank you.

Please, remove linux-headers dependency as it's forcing to dkms build on linux and it's an optdepend on dkms

@ben81 You are right. The driver "rtw88_8821ce" does not work for my WiFi card too. Could you explain what RFE2 is referring to?
