I have included the patch file here. Looks like the GitHub repository no longer exists.

$url is gone, and so the source file https://github.com/simplejack-src/gtk3-classic-xfce/archive/refs/tags/3.24.38.tar.gz cannot be downloaded anymore.

Any idea where it is gone?

Please consider changing $url to https://github.com/simplejack-src/gtk3-classic-xfce/, since this is essentially what makes this package specific, not https://github.com/lah7/gtk3-classic as it is now.

And consider including gtk3-classic=${pkgver} to the provides array.
